Rooms were spotless and perfect!

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly in all services.

The location was perfect and magnificent - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus it was in a shopping area. The classic quadruple room we stayed in was brand-new and airy with the balcony. There where a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators in the room too.

Location - great and nice, not far from all the main sites by foot, and the lively old town.

This beautiful small and luxurious hotel is beyond compare. It's a fantastic base for staying and exploring San Sebastian. - the location is perfect and magnificent. - They have parking nearby.

The room is brand-new and airy, with a fabulous atmosphere, including a work desk, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities, in an ideal location with excellent staff.

Convenient location with easy access to the Basque Country via bus and train, as well as the old town and city center. The rooms are really clean and come with a safe box, central heating, and an iron. Plus, the beds are large and comfy. 😊

We liked this place, it's luxurious. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet! The location is perfect in a shopping area, very close to the train/bus station and the beaches and old town. Also, an ethnographic and art museum is nearby. When we visit San Sebastian, like staying here.

We would come here again, our stay was excellent. Staff helped us with baggage. In addition, free Wi Fi was useful. It took 20 minutes to reach playa de la concha - kontxa hondartza on foot...

The location of Atotxa Rooms is absolutely great, with public parking available and fantastic service from the hotel staff. We really appreciated the view of the courtyard and the fact that the Pagadi Taberna, where you can eat, is just a short walk away from the property.

The location near the train station is outstanding, as most places in the area are easily accessible.

The room was modern and spotless with a balcony and a huge bed, and they offered a variety of food for breakfast including coffee and muffins.

From the moment I stepped through the door at Atotxa Rooms, I felt incredibly welcomed. The room was impeccably clean and had a huge bed, along with a fantastic range of toiletries. I was pleasantly surprised to find breakfast muffins and biscuits provided. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from the old town and easily accessible from the main station and bus station. I was also impressed with the excellent babysitting service provided by Kattalin, who was amazing with our son. The staff, especially Ana at the front desk, were friendly and helpful, providing us with a map and great recommendations for things to do in the area.

It was all superb! 😊
